Blaze gets a hug from me!

My chocobo Blaze, and my own character Chinako as a chocobo rider from Anime Boston.

Both costumes took a year to develop and 3 months to design from start to finish. He is made of dog wire, wood, batting, fur, Wonderflex, ostrich feathers, turkey feathers, and non-skid mats. His accessories are faux leather and suade. My costume was made by combining elements from Rinoa (FFVIII), Refia (FFIII), and Rikku (FFX) that I really liked, while incorporating a western flair. It's made from suade, suade string, silk, feathers, and pony beads.

Blaze got SO many hugs! I love him!
